MAKELLA AMA: is a Ghanaian born, London raised, inter-disciplinary artist navigating life as a seasonal archivist, retired poet (who says you canโ€™t retire in your 20s?) and full-time Pisces. After graduating with a Social Work + Law degree Makella works primarily with young refugees and youth in care in east London and engages in direct work focusing on promoting empowerment & social justice within local communities.

Outside of this, Makella enjoys exploring aspects of her multifaceted identity in her creative work and some of their writings/poems/pieces can be found in United Nations; Poets vs Gender Inequality anthologies, Tate Liverpool x Kieth Haring exhibition archives and in various zines. In their free time, Makella can oft be found napping, reading, spending far too much time talking about Solange/Nina Simone/Blood Orange and becoming emotionally attached to characters in A24 films. Go figure!

EDA SARIDOGAN: is a 21-year-old outspoken feminist based in the Netherlands, Eda is a reader, writer, and speaker of words. She shares a birthday with King Willem, adores Freddie Mercury, and seeks the approval of every cat she meets. Oh, and she gave a TedTalk once.

ZARA AFTHAB: is a wannabee fashion historian with a fanatical love for zines and early 2000s television- there's something oddly comforting about predictable storylines and tv-perfect side characters. She has a double Scorpio placement, is deeply emotional and will take any pop culture recommendation as sacrosanct. She is interested in subverting traditional modes of art and fashion documentation and is always questioning the role of cultural capital within digital culture.

She loves working on cool projects with even cooler people, talking for hours to anyone who will listen, breakfast foods and music that feels like it's been written for her.

NILO KHAMANI: is a 21-year-old Swedish film and journalism student. Her interests include West Asian poetry, animation and cooking, but youโ€™ll find her raving about at least two new things every week. One of her biggest loves is film and media culture, and sheโ€™s often looking at the places where they intersect with politics. With her writing, she wishes to create a film space thatโ€™s open for everyone while always aiming to centre marginalized people.

DAISHYERA GARNER: is a 20-year-old student from Lexington, KY. She is studying Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Citizenship and Social Justice at Western Kentucky of University. She is a queer, badass, black woman. She loves films, books and poetry. She's passionate about women's rights, racial injustice and all about giving power back to the people. She's fervent about giving other people a voice. Her passion projects involve fighting for immigration rights, empowering the youth and getting her degree. One day she'll live in New York, living her best Carrie Bradshaw dreams, and aspires to make fashion inclusive for all curves and colours.

TRISH ALVARO: is a 21-year-old student studying Digital Marketing with a minor in Visual Literacy. She is passionate about the colonialist and imperialist impacts that beauty pageants have on the Filipina diaspora. Her projects centre around exploring identity through music, film, fashion, and life through the lenses of inclusivity and diversity. She uses film and writing to capture the beauty in daily colours, figures, and experiences. You can find her scrolling through YouTube watching ASMR cooking videos or debating on Nietzschean philosophy.

is a recent university graduate with a degree in political theory. They want to help abolish whiteness and bring joy to friends and allies, and they hope to do so through art-making and writing. In their spare time, they enjoy making garish anime fan art or going outdoors to be with pond-life or large bodies of water. They also hope to someday finish their gay romance novel set in 19th century England.

MAYA SWIFT: is a 19-year-old Psychology major, Studio Art minor with a strong passion for mental health advocacy. She's a Pisces and will take any opportunity to take a midday nap or bath.
